Should I take photographs of the scene of my Florida car accident?

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

If you're involved in an automobile accident, one of the most important things you can do, if able, if not too hurt, is to take pictures of the scene. This is because the person who caused the accident, their insurance company is not going to hold on to the pictures of the other car with all the horrible property damage to be able to prove up your case. They're going to get rid of them. So you need to document your own case.

So take out your cell phone, take pictures of the damage to your car, take pictures of the damage to the other car, and any of the other portions of the scene of the accident that could be important to prove how the accident occurred.
