Unnecessary Radiation and Chemotherapy – Medical Malpractice

GloriaLaw recently settled a medical malpractice case in St. Lucie County in which a doctor and a radiation oncologist negligently recommended radiation and chemotherapy for a simple stage 1 tumor. The treatment almost killed the client. They proceeded to tell him he was terminal, but he later found out not only was he not dying from cancer, but never needed radiation in the first place. He suffered severe permanent damage from the unnecessary cancer treatment.

Don’t let this happen to you. Insist on copies of all test reports and question all doctors about your option. Don’t just blindly follow the advice of doctors. You must do research yourself and ask questions. Be your own patient advocate!
